- Are you guys ever going to recommend a good book?
All Wordcandy books are good. They are creative, intelligent, and well-written. Remember: "painful" does not always equal "worthwhile". I mean, look at D. H. Lawrence.

Yes! Please! Anything you send to us would become property of the site and would be edited for grammar issues, but your name would appear on the review as a guest author. We have no money, so we can't pay anyone, but you could bask in the glow of our gratitude.

There are three possible reasons. Either we haven't gotten around to it yet, we've never heard of Author/Book X, or we don't like Author/Book X. (Please note that this last possibility applies to the collected works of Danielle Steel and Gone With the Wind. Bleagh.) The place to suggest authors and books, complain or comment about earlier reviews, or make a passionate plea for Danielle Steel or Gone With the Wind is the forums.
