Best of luck, Ms. Blume

According to People magazine, author Judy Blume has (had?) breast cancer, but underwent a successful mastectomy on July 30th, and won't need chemotherapy. The article goes into some of Blume's health history as well, revealing that she had a hysterectomy after being diagnosed with cervical cancer 17 years ago. (It also mentions her obviously great dietary and exercise habits–that is a seriously fit-looking 74-year-old woman.) Here's hoping Ms. Blume bounces back from both the diagnosis and the surgery with all possible speed!
