Brace yourself

WHOA. Lisa Kleypas changed her website again! This time her web designer seems to be going for a magazine-inspired layout, which I think is... well, a mistake. Don't get me wrong—Ms. Kleypas herself looks lovely—but the effect of her practically life-sized head and shoulders bursting out of that cotton-candy-pink background is startling. (Which is why I'm using her latest book cover as an image, rather than a screen capture. It's for your safety, people.)

Note: Actually, I'll always miss her first website. It was terrible, but at least it fully embraced the idea of "Go big or go home".
