Kerstin Gier

We can’t tell you much about Kerstin Gier, seeing as we don’t speak German. This is clearly a mistake on our parts, because Ms. Gier’s novel Ruby Red is the only one of her books that has been translated into English. In addition to being one of our Featured Books, Ruby Red is so awesome that we’re considering signing up for a German class, just so we can finish the series without waiting for the English-language versions to come out.

The Europeans got better cover art. Once again.

Everywhere... in Germany.

Other Recommendations:
The Paranormalcy series, by Kiersten White

Anything fantasy-themed by Meg Cabot

Website: - It, too, is in German.
