Dale E. Basye

Dale E. Basye has been a film critic and journalist, and published an Arts and Entertainment newsletter, and now lives in Oregon. Heck: Where the Bad Kids Go is his first novel.

Note: Heck features great, spot-on illustrations by Bob Dob (no idea if that’s his real name, but I certainly hope so). Be sure to check out the Heck website (see below) to get a sense of his artistic vision.

Aftertaste:
Well, I suspect that half the jokes in Heck will sail right over young readers' little heads... but their parents can still enjoy 'em, right?
