Joss Whedon

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past decade, you've at least heard of Joss Whedon, creator of television's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and the much-loved, short-lived Firefly. And while we may have been known to say that Mr. Whedon really, really, REALLY needs to get over himself, there's no denying he's a talented writer... which is why the first few issues of his BtVS comic book series were chosen for one of our Book of the Week reviews.

Note: Whedon is also the current lead writer for the Wordcandy-approved Marvel series Runaways. Don't screw it up, Whedon, or we're gonna have to have words.
