Creepy yet intriguing

Donna Zuckerberg, editor of the online Classics journal Eidolon, recently contributed a fascinating article to Jezebel recently called "How To Teach An Ancient Rape Joke". The essay explores the difficulty of placing disturbing material in the correct context, and how to best explain that material to a bunch of college students. The whole thing is a great read, and a solid counter-argument to the perceived over-sensitivity of modern universities.
